In our activities, you have an opportunity to visit a factory that makes a variety of high end chocolate products for own brand chocolatier shops, branded products into high street retailers and private label business to Chocolate Antigua.
The visit will include a brief introduction to the business followed by a guided tour around the production areas by expert chocolate manufacturers covering a multitude of different chocolate making processes including conch/refining, cooking, blending, tempering, spinning, molding, enrobing, panning, spraying and packing.
Chocolate Antigua are a small sized artisanal chocolate manufacturer who balance the skill and specialism of a chocolatier with the scale of a supplier to high street retailers. The business was created by Mayan family, people with great expertise and a lot of love for all things chocolate.
